Hilton Miami/Downtown

"recently stayed at the Hilton Miami/Downtown for a conference, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel can best be described as run-down, with a location that leaves much to be desired in Miami. First and foremost, the service was the only redeeming aspect of my stay. The staff tried their best to accommodate guests, but it was clear that they were working within the limitations of an outdated facility. While the rooms were adequately cleaned on a daily basis, the overall ambiance was lackluster due to the old decor. Everything seemed worn-out and in need of a refresh. It's evident that the hotel has seen better days. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't enhance my experience either. Situated in what I would describe as a less desirable area of Miami, it didn't offer the vibrant atmosphere or convenient access to attractions that one might expect from a Hilton property. If visiting Miami in the future, I will explore other accommodation options that offer a more enjoyable experience."

"With the name Hilton, and the price that goes with it, I expect everything to be perfect. What I found was a room that felt shabby, worn, old, damaged. The cleaning and maintenance could use some improvement, and they need to replace things when necessary. Service and location was great."

"Great place to stay with a great staff. Everyone was so helpful. They have great valet service you will not be disappointed. If you are thinking about staying Downtown Miami definitely consider coming here. You can stay on the high floors and get a really nice night time view . Everything is close to hear so you can walk to lots of places without driving or ubering. You will have no problems finding somewhere nice to eat and if you want a quick bite just walk across the street to the Checkers. My family and I are planning on staying here again soon. Thanks for all of the hospitality."

"Great location - especially for cruisers. Rooms and common spaces minus the lobby(s) need a bit of updating. Service was fine. The elevators broke due to a citywide power outage on our stay but they comped breakfast for everyone and even the room rate (we got a half comp since we paid in advance) completely proactively. Felt bad for the elder cruise passengers doing early check in/checkout but the staff really looked like they were trying to rectify things. Overall given the price we (initially) would have paid I would still stay it would have been good value, given the sky high hotel rates in Miami as a whole."

"Loved the views on the bay side. The restaurant on site was a plus because we checked in on Christmas day not many options for a family dinner near by. Room service was great. Wings and couch was good.. There is a Rally's across the street. The valet service was top notch. Spacious rooms and awesome helpful staff. Will be visiting again when in Miami. Loved it."
