"The location is great for downtown Miami visitors. That's it. This is the ony good thing about this hotel. The valet asked me to move my car to a specified location that was literally 30 feet away. What is the point of a valet service if you are not going to help me with 30 feet? And yes. I know what 30 feet looks like. The room is crumbling. I stayed at a boarding school in the 90s and the furniture there was better than this hotel. You can see open PVC pipes running in the room. The ceiling is so low, I was for the first time in my life happy that I am only 5'-10", otherwise I would touch the ceiling. The window opened to a garden kind of place where some sad events took place every night. While getting my luggage to the room, I had to lug it up through 7 steps, which I am certain is not ADA compliant. The lobby looks like a Forensic Files footage from the 1980s where they just washed the blood stains off the ugly purplish brown tiles."

"Im just giving it a star in order to review it but the hotel looks poorly taken care of and details that are disgusting like the dirtiness of the lamp because it clearly looks like food stains"

"Horrible all around. AC didn't work. Shower leaked all over the floor. They charge so much for parking too on top of everything. Complete waste of money. Double tree should be ashamed."

"There is a reason why this hotel has 3 stars and I am giving it one. I have never seen such a long line for check in. There were 15 people waiting and there was just one staff member at the desk. When I asked I was told that the other staff member went home early. I can see plenty other staff standing around and wonder why they were not cross trained to help? In any case, waiting 20 mins for check in is not acceptable. Please book other options...there are plenty near the airport."

"Not great... I travel often and I have definitely seen better. Not what you would think of a Hilton brand hotel. I first noticed the TV remote, as this usually says a lot about the attention to detail of a place. It was absolutely disgusting! So much, that I had to request another one , (which I must say was a little better but not by much). The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and not than clean either. The bathroom faucet is missing the diffuser/ end. See photos. The bed does not have a fitted sheet! And the headboard was stained, (I noticed once I moved the pillows out of the way before going to bed). During these post covid times, it makes me really doubt their safety cleaning measures. I also called for room service and was instructed to go and pick up the food myself. Not a big deal, but it made me doubt even more their 'commitment' to customers. I will not be staying here again."
