"I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted. The staff was incredibly rude. Started yelling at my infant for crying. Started yelling at me for not parenting. I found a dead roach in my food. My room was unmade for the whole week I stayed. Do not recommend."

"This hotel should not be rated as a 5 star hotel. Worst service I have ever gotten in my life after paying such a high rate. Disrespectful staff, terrible provision of what’s needed in the room, the service they use to return the personal items that are left behind has outrageous charges and doesn’t use the right process to return items overseas (so now UPS wants to charge me import fees for something that is of my home personal possession), if you call to complain or to ask for an answer or a solution, the person that gets your call is lost and on top of that tells they can’t not talk to me, takes forever to wait for a shuttle to go to the parking lot, if you ask for or request anything you need in the room, it takes at least 30min or more to get it (I.e. coffee), the hand towels were not replaced for two days, etc etc etc.... NEVRR AGAIN WILL I EVER STAY HERE EVEN IF RHEY GIVE ME A ROOM FOR FREE!!!"

"This place is sadly below average. It’s a little dirty for the standard. The food isn’t great for the price. It feels like it was once a really great spot but it’s tired now and needs a major overhaul. Simply put, there are better hotels in Miami and even really close to this one. Management needs to do a better job here of making sure the ship is sailing right."
