"I’ve been bouncing around Miami and touched down here, it was a good stay, met cool people staying there and in the surrounding community. There are plenty of options around the area for food and drink. The staff are accommodating and helpful, there is a cool pool in a private setting. If there is some constructive criticism, please service the air conditioner units and quality check the filters."

"Room is okay. Clean. no elevator and you have to carry multiple luggages on 2nd floor while it is raining. Food is meh, was expecting more. No bottle water in room, not even ice machine. Filter on fountain water is dirty and wasn’t replaced. Poor customer service, doesn’t even greet or offer anything. I will say it is quiet at night, except inconsiderate adult and kids next door were loud and dog barking every now and then."

"I chose this place for its location. The rooms are quite average, which is expected for a 2-star hotel. The smell is terrible; it's like mold! I don't recommend it, not even for a short stay. I regret staying here very much. When you shower, you feel the dirt of the bathroom, and I felt like vomiting after spending the night here. PLEASE AVOID."

"I arrived at night by myself and the Hotel receptionist gave me a room on the second floor - no elevator. She said there were no rooms availability on the first floor. There was no luggage cart or anyone to help roll my two suitcases and carry-on bags across the parking lot and up the second floor stairs. I had to make two trips to bring everything into my room. Also, the room telephone was disconnected and the hotel phone number was not listed anywhere for me to call the reception using my cell phone. I had to walk back to the reception to inform about the disconnected phone. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do. Also, I could not turn the shower in the bathroom on - the faucet was stuck and would not turn on. Also, the TV was set to Spanish so all channels (in addition to the Spanish channels) had the audio set to Spanish. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any solution to any problems. Worst hotel experience I ever had! Would not recommend it to anyone!"
