Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral

"Absolutely horrendous hotel and even worse customer service. After checking into our room, we quickly noticed roaches, both living and dead, throughout the room. We noticed dirty towels, blood-stained sheets, mold throughout the shower and holes in the wall. As if that wasn't enough the amount of dirt and dust throughout the room made it seem as though the hotel had been abandoned for several years. We contacted the front desk and they let us know we could check out and get a refund. I asked a few more questions and the individual on the phone ended up just hanging up on me without answering the additional questions. My family and I gathered our things and went down to check out. When checking out they said they issued a refund. When I asked for a receipt, the receipt showed they only issued a refund for about half of the original cost. When I questioned this, the front desk individual said Alberto, the manager, would be in tomorrow and to contact him for the additional refund. I thought no problem and we left. I have since called the hotel numerous times as well as emailed Alberto several times and he has yet to get back to me. Today was the last straw when he relayed a message through the front desk person, saying "I was lucky to had even recieved half of the refund". Absolutely ridiculous and unethical considering the condition of their hotel rooms. I will never book a room with this hotel or any Quality Inn again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel, or even a business for that matter."

"This the worse hotel in America! This place is infested with roaches. Please read the previous recent reviews; do not be naive like myself and book here thinking you are special and your room will be clean, it will not. My family stayed here and upon entering the room we did just the normal sweep/room check and the findings were horrendous. Blood stained bedding, the towels that were white are now yellow and look like they will cause a UTI if used to dry your lady parts after a shower. The floors are hard wood and look like they haven’t been swept nor mopped, the microwave was dirty in and around it - looks like it hasn’t been dusted or cleaned since the place open. I give this place zero stars! I hope this message is read before you book. This place should be condemned. I never leave reviews but this place is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down immediately! The only reason I’m giving this one star is cause Google makes me."

"Room was filthy. Mold in the shower. Walls dirty. Beds looked like they had been slept in. Booked this hotel before and after our cruise. Had to stay there the beginning of our trip because we came in so late and had no other options, but canceled the room after our cruise because it was so dirty and couldn't bring ourselves to stay there again. Didn't even care we lost money and had to book another hotel after our cruise. I am a Travel Advisor and will never recommend this hotel for any of my clients."

"Absolutely worst experience ever!! Upon arrival the room had to heat and was freezing. The sheets had stains and the rooms had no towels or anything and there were stains on the toilet. The bed barely looked made. Upon trying to get the room switched to a room that has heat, the front desk lady tried to say none of the rooms have heat and then said “I don’t care,” and then had us kicked out!! I have stayed at cheap hotels before, but this was not even worth the amount of money I paid. Would not recommend to anyone."
