WoodSpring Suites Doral Miami Airport

"I checked in, and when I arrived at the room it was impossible to be in it. There was a very strong chemical smell. I asked to change rooms and when I walked in I saw that the bed wasn't made, the room wasn't tidy and it stank of dog urine. I went to the front desk and asked for a cancellation. the attendant said she can't cancel, but she also can't give me a decent room to sleep. I want a cancellation and my money back!!! I now left the hotel, and the attendant refused to give me any receipt proving what happened!"

"They won't have to worry about us staying here again. Yes, they had availability for us last minute but I see why. The shower water was cold. The coffee bar was dirty, the bed was moving everything we moved. No ice bucket for the ice, no cups, rude house keeping staff that came to our room at Check out time."

"I have never written any bad review for any business. But I am so disappointed. First, I booked and paid for 3 days about $445, then the second days staff knocked my door tell me to pay extra about $73. I went to front desk and she told me the rate is increased so I had to paid extra. I have been in many hotel and first time to see something like this. The room is no basic utilities until I asked for the hair dry blowing. The reason why I review this for people to know that they should consider before booking the rooms here. Hopes they do better service for anyone has the better time here and worth the money we spending"

"Like the saying goes….”you get what you pay for”. Stayed here for 8 days while in Miami. Selected this hotel due to the location and price. The room smelled really bad. So bad on one that we requested to move to a different one. Second room smell wasn’t as bad but sink in bathroom was clogged. The floor in the room looked like it barely was swept. Speaking of floor, the hallway floor in our floor, 3rd floor, looked like it never got swept or moped. Everyday we walked by and saw the same nasty stains on the floor from the previous day(s). The good thing I must say about this hotel were all the front desk ladies. They were very friendly and had a smile on their face every time we went to ask for new linen or towels. Btw……this place does not offer room service so you must get new linen and towels when needed. Overall I will not stay here again. Please, save your headaches and just spend an extra few dollars staying at a better known brand hotel."

"On October 11, 2023, we checked out at 11 am, when we got home at 4 pm in Tampa my daughter realized that she forgot a pair of Converse shoes under the table, we immediately called and the receptionist told us He said there was nothing in the room, the housekeeping staff are thieves, be careful with them. Very disappointed, I thought they were more professional."
