"Great location south of downtown Miami but convenient to everything and within walking distance of Metrorail if you don't have a car. Extremely clean rooms and the nicest staff too! Perfect stay!"

"Stayed here for the hottub and pool, the first night we felt the hottub and it was cold so I talked to the front desk and they said the maintenance man was coming tomorrow and it would be fixed. We stayed for 5 nights and every single night we were told this. Sooo dissapointed because that’s why we choose this hotel. Kids were also disappointed as in the pool was too cold to swim in. I wish I could give higher stars but this was a big dissapointment to us. Rooms were decent and clean."

"I will start off by saying the front desk staff for the most part are great and provide good service. However, the rooms need deep cleaning. The room smelled like it was drenched in bleach but still one can tell when it’s truly clean. It wasn’t. The bathroom has moldy spots on the bathroom ceiling, in the sink and shower. Once I noticed that, it totally ruined the rest of the stay for me. I didn’t feel comfortable laying on or touching anything else because it felt like they just clean what the eye can see and disregard the rest. I’m not mad at the breakfast, the hotel is cheap so you get what you paid for. My main issue is the cleanliness. It would be great for the health and experience current and future guests that this changed. I do feel bad for leaving a mediocre review because as mentioned earlier, for the most part the front desk staff were extremely welcoming and seemed like great people, but I have to say, I’m not very please with the cleanliness of the room."
