"This is the worst hotel. The service is so bad, they are so lost. On the phone we thought we were getting 3 beds in our suite room, but we had one bed and a sofa bad that is so uncomfortable. I don’t recommend they lied. We asked for another room and then she said they had a room with 2 queen beds than we came to change but it was a different women and they didn’t have a room for us anymore so now we don’t know where to sleep. I really don’t recommend and the breakfast was mini muffins and coffee. And the pool is closed. I really don’t know what we’re gonna do because we don’t have a room and it’s the last time we come hear."
"The premises requieres a lot of maintenance. Very poor breakfast. The cigarret smell in the room is awful. Too expensive for the service you provide."
"The pool is not working! Just closed. Total disappointment! No one knows the answers to when it will be opened!!! The rooms are not cleaned. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are not changed. Cockroaches are present."
"I would like to start off with the lady attending the Lobby, I think her name is (Odalys), must disrespectful woman I’ve met yet. In my first night I went down and asked her for some towels.. she was chilling sitting down at the waiting little room, chit chatting with a very young man, like she had changed his dippers when a baby, anyway.. she stared at me up and down and just pointed outside and said “they’ll take care of you over there” pointing to the back laundry.. so I had to go and nock the door myself. Other night I went to get some toilet paper because I ran out (lol) .. so as an stay in, they’re supposed to give the basic needs.Again this lady Odalys.. stared at me up and down and said she didn’t had any .. so assuming she would send me again to laundry I said “then where do I get it” and she rolled her eyes and said “go buy it”. And many much more she had done, like faces to me and my roommates, not talking back, not even locking when entering the lobby.. this woman is just a disappointment of a Model Receptionist. The rooms.. beds are too small."
