"By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are no standards here. Rooms are filthy and beyond outdated. Bathrooms dirty, blinds broken. Urine smell from carpet. Room still not ready at 8pm……the list goes on. Food at restaurant less than average. Find a different hotel."

"Stayed here for one night after a cruise before flying home. We arrived at 9 am and were able to check in immediately for a reasonable fee. Rooms were old, but spacious, and we loved the corner balcony with a screened in patio. Amazing lagoon and airport views! My husband is a plane geek and loved watching the big planes taking off. Patio and pool area is spacious with lots of comfortable seating and games. Loved the gazebo at the end of the path going down the lagoon! This property was exactly what we needed to relax for a day and will not hesitate to stay here again when we want a hotel close to the airport in Miami. Lots of food and drink options available onsite, friendly service and comfortable lodging."

"Convenient airport hotel and that is the reason why we picked it. We were fortunate to catch the shuttle bus and arrived at the hotel within minutes. We received excellent service from two staff members in particular. Kate and Devin went above and beyond to answer our questions, and to offer suggestions. They personified service with a smile. Overall the hotel is a little dated and this is reflected in the bedroom furniture, and finishes."

Thank you for making the extra effort to make me happy. Buyers Be aware.. don't think you are saving money on a .no cancelation rate. Because changes are difficult. "I only stayed here overnight on Wednesday November 22. We had to catch an early flight out of MIA the next morning. The hotel is in a safe, secluded area no more than 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel area is surrounded by a lagoon, which is really pretty. The hotel is definitely older but in a good way. The decor and architecture brought me back to the hotels I grew up staying at in the 80’s and 90’s. It was nostalgic for me. The interior of the hotel smelled good and fresh. The hotel was clean and had great views of the area. Hotel staff was excellent and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with the nice Latina lady working the bar on the evening of November 22. She was very pleasant and professional. She deserves a raise. The price was fair although I totally disagree on the parking fee. We did not experience a single issue with our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
