Super 8 by Wyndham Naples

"Stayed back in August and enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and stoked well. Good hot water with good pressure! I only really slept and showered here but I would go back based on my experience. I'm super picky when it comes to hotels and this one wasn't perfect but it was enough where I could comfortably lay my head at night."

"Charged 30.00 per dog a day. Rooms weren't clean . The free breakfast had no .sugar free options If you stay more than one day Don't expect clean towels. They don't change out towels. Floors weren't clean. Free coffee in lobby the machine didn't work. Windows were dirty couldn't see out. At least they are close to a restaurant. The location is great."

"We came her after a long day of travel and with the reviews people put out I actually stopped at Walmart and purchased cleaning and disinfecting products before we arrived. YES it is dated. But… it is clean and comfy. I’ve been stressing my arrival all day!!! If you want a five star stay then you should pay for one and stay elsewhere. Late check in is virtual. Easy as pie! I really have no complaint for the cost."

"We were skeptical from previous Super 8 experiences but this location exceeded our expectations. Check In/out was done at their kiosk. Customer Service was great. Room was very clean, even behind the desks and underneath the tables. Curb appearance was great. Pool well maintained. Organized. Breakfast was good and Ben is super hospitable. I was even impressed about the dehumidifier machine in the room, although a little loud we didn't mind the benefits from it. The beach is just about 15 min away. Hopefully, the whole team gets recognition for their hard work!"

"Where should I begin...let's start with the first room we were given (117) that was absolutely disgusting. It was as if someone had just left, having spent the last year chain smoking in the room. Ash was EVERYWHERE (literally). The floors, the tables, the vents, inside the AC unit so that every time it came on the whole room smelled even more of cigarettes to a nauseating degree. It was so bad, our clothes smelled of cigarettes just being in the room. Our luggage still smells of cigarettes. The towel we laid on the floor came up BLACK with ash and dirt. The sheets were unwashed. Of the 6 pillows in the room, only three had clean pillowcases, with stains and hair INSIDE the pillow cases on the three. The bedding smelled of cigarettes so that every time you sat down there was another wave of scent wafting over us. There were blood stains on one of the beds, and other unidentifiable stains on the other. The floors definitely hadn't been mopped, as there were disgusting stains in various parts of the room. There were no trash bags, the toilet paper looked as though it had been soaked through, unrolled, dried out, then rerolled. The counters were covered in ash and old liquid marks, there were food crust remnants in the freezer. The mirror has mascara and tooth paste flecks all over it. The worst hotel experience I have ever had by a long shot. When we responded to the front desk kiosk regarding the problems with our room, we were put in a new room, and while that one was cleaner, it was still well below expectations (room 120). There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, that looked as though a repair had been attempted, but was no longer in place. The bathroom smelled as though someone had poured bleach over the entire room. There was hair IN the shower head, not to mention the persistent lack of trash bags. We also found an allen wrench in one of our beds. The floor, while not covered in ash, was still not clean. We have photo evidence of all of these issues. We frequently use Super8 and Wyndham hotels and would like to remain loyal customers, but this was absolutely unacceptable."
