"Love this hotel... Rooms are superclean... Enjoyed everything about this establishment... The staff is a bit cold/odd (not bad)... This is my new favorite hotel in Naples... Rooms do not have carpeting, which I absolutely appreciate and love... Very clean hotel... Great location... No parking issues..."
"Frequent travelers like me recognize that some hotel owners are extremely cheap and this one is at the top of the list. Both elevators broken and no repair person coming out because it’s the weekend and is more expensive (employees said as much). Rooms are filthy, especially the floor. One must keep a towel by the bed to brush off all the dirt before lying down. Broken fitness center machines that clearly have been that way for a long, long time and they even downsize the complimentary water bottles to the smallest possible size. I won’t be back and have notified my company travel department accordingly."
"Renovation in progress. Newly ordered rooms are nice but typical Courtyard furnishings. King room has a balcony, but was overlooking a multistory building so I doubt it gets much use. Unfortunately not all the outlets worked, others would not hold a phone charger securely in place. HVAC could be considered loud...if you like/need white noise to sleep, you'll like the constant noise. But it does work well! Bathroom is average size. Separate shower / sink area. Small mini fridge, smaller than most hotels. Pleasant staff at check in. Limited bar/food menu, I don't believe it's a full cook to order restaurant."
