"For us, Sea Club V is our little home from home right on the USA's No.1 beach. We love the nostalgic style of our unit and note it has been recently been updated internally. Tony, Dawn and their staffs are always on hand and any (rare) issues are dealt with promptly. For location and relaxation, it's very hard to beat!"

"This is the second year my family has stayed at this resort and we have loved the experiences we've had here. The staff is all friendly and courteous. Tori was especially helpful in getting us everything we needed during the week. Townsend was always a pleasant face at the beach. He gave me a refresher course on sailing, and then I was able to take my family out on the water several times during our stay. This place has a fully furnished kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, a pool and hot tub, and a private beach access. They provide chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, beach bikes, a sail boat, and basically everything you need to have a wonderful time. We plan to be here every year."
"Rooms are dirty. Potato chips on the mattress pads of the pull out sofa. Shows that they don't clean well. The sofa and furniture is OLD and the decor of the kitchen screams 1990s. Rooms need a total overhaul. Walls, ceiling, bathrooms are ick. Pool is dirty. Rentals, ownership and assessments are at the highest they've been in history, so where is the $$ going? Certainly not keeping up. Great beach service and location is the best thing going."
