"First off the word best should not at all been in its name. Booked a room for an overnight birthday present for my daughter and her friends. We thought they vould swim. Apparently pool closes at dusk. We had thought it would be open until at least 10pm bit it wasn't. The person at the front desk was extremely mean. She kept telling me I could not smoke in room or on balcony. After I stated the first time none of us smoke at all. Walk into the separate area to get to our room and it smelled very musty mildew. Our room also did but it got better with the air on. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. Floor would have been better. On website it stated roll away was $10. Turned out to be $20. Bathroom had holes in wall. Continental breakfast was a joke. They separated a loaf of bread into baggies for toast and separated frozen waffles into baggies as well. Location states down town Sarasota but it is on not really downtown. It is on the farthest edge of downtown not within even walking distance. I have been in Motels that were far better and cost over $100. Less."
"Was pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and the amenities exceeded my expectations for the price. While it may not be a luxury option, it's a fantastic choice for travelers on a budget who still want a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
"First off, there was a terrible smell everywhere from the hallways to the rooms. The pictures on the site DO NOT match the room in person. The smell left me in a state of shock and disgust. I wasn't expecting much, but this was just terrible. The breakfast in the picture was NOTHING like the breakfast served. We were served cereal and milk. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NOW."
"Stay ANYWHERE ELSE. Hands down the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Upon check in, the smell round house kicks you in the face. There was fresh blood on the floor in front of the bed. Immediately walked out of the room and told the clerk. She grabbed a dirty mop and said "one second, sometimes it's just Taco Bell sauce, ya know?" .... umm what. Sometimes? Ya, no thank you. The walls were covered in poop, boogers and who knows what else. We left. Heed this warning y'all."
