"Hotel just wrapped up a renovation and everything is in great shape. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Public area attendant was also very friendly, personable, and took a lot of pride in her work! Pool is heated, plenty of parking, and location was ideal for where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Only one complaint was slamming doors over and over on the 3rd floor around 8/8:30 am on Sunday."

"Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to. Absolutely horrible experience. The room smelled terrible, there was a present left in the toilet, 3 towels were provided for 5 people, and the room was a total mess. The concierge was incredibly unfriendly upon check-in, and it should have immediately made us go elsewhere."

"Team manager of a U19 soccer team that needed a place to stay for a tournament. This hotel, and the staff in particular, did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a smile, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The front desk staff (most notably Violet, Lisa and Sophie) were quick to offer assistance when needed, responsive to our needs and extremely helpful. Yvonne and her staff in the breakfast area were always making sure that there would be enough food for hungry soccer players. When our game time had us leaving the hotel before the breakfast would be available, not only did the staff prepare grab and go bags for our boys but they tried to get out a few of the more portable breakfast options as quickly as possible ... absolutely going above and beyond. Our rooms were impeccable and provided the space that teen boys need when traveling in large groups. The housekeeping staff even made sure that the boys were not disturbed when they came back for a mid-day nap between games. Would absolutely recommend this location and look forward to returning with the team next year if possible."

"Beware of Eric the overnight front desk employee. This is my first negative review and it’s honestly earned. When I first walked up to the hotel it was like 3:00am after my overnight shift at a construction site nearby. He was changing the trash in the front walkway and literally stared at me from the moment I got out of my truck all the way to the front doors, seriously freaked me out. Then he mumbled something about locking the whole building down. To be clear, I keep myself in decent standards as far as appearance goes. After that I was sitting outside by the fire pit after finishing my shift as a traveling construction supervisor, minding my own business. I wasn’t talking on my phone or blaring music or anything, and he aggressively told me he was “shutting me down”. I asked him if I was disturbing other hotel guests or causing any problems, which he replied “no” he just said he didn’t want me out there. I’ve stayed at countless hotels through my company and have never been treated that way. He basically forced me to go back to my room for no reason, and I checked out two days earlier than I was booked for. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed at this hotel, and I’ve stayed at many all across the country. I wouldn’t stay there again for free."

"Stayed here for a family wedding, would definitely stay again. Pros: Location, it's right off I-75 and close to restaurants and shops. Rooms, clean and updated with working AC. Service, was excellent, especially the lady with long hair (either Debbie or Laura, I can't remember) at the front desk in the afternoons. Pool area was also nice, included a patio area and a hot tub. Plenty of parking and room to spread out in the hotel and in the rooms. Cons: Location, it's far from the beach, but it's actually one of the closer/less expensive hotels in the area for the beach. Breakfast, they had a lot but the hot options just weren't good. Housekeeping, our room was skipped the first day after we were told we would receive daily and we requested service ASAP the second day due to an accident in the room and they didn't come until the late afternoon after we asked again."
