"Rooms are TERRIBLE!! EVERYTHING is very, very dirty. Carpet hasn't been vacuumed.. EVER!! Beds look like someone just got out of them.. Filth all over walls!! Half of the lights don't work. The bathroom looks like something from the sleeziest, nastiest, filthiest truck stop ever!! When we requested a refund, the girl proceeded to search for a sign that was apparently underneath of her computer, that stated they do not offer refunds.. She then offered us a different room, which was even worse .. Very unacceptable! Do not waste your time or money!"

"$260 for a week is a great price but you get what you pay for. The place is in need of serious updating. The smoke detective looks as if it was ripped out the wall. There is no security latch on the door (it is needed). The room was dirty. There was dead lizards, cobwebs, a live beetle running around the tub. Dead baby roaches in the mini fridge which also still had food in it from the last person...HOUSEKEEPING seems to be nonexistent. The girls at the front desk are lovely (it the one good thing about the place and the reason it gets 2 stars). The pool is closed due to renovation, honestly I would have fixed the rooms before focusing on the pool."

"This hotel is a cesspool of drugs and crime. It is rundown and in desperate need of refurbishment and a strong law enforcement presence. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful but honestly I did not feel safe here. The location is convenient but there is much work to be done here. No pool. No ice machines."

"The room was great, a/c worked great, the bed was comfy, the shower worked great. Etc etc. But... The parking lot was full of trouble at night, and loud. But no one bothered me or my teen. I noticed a hungry stray cat in the parking lot so I left out food. The phantoms of the night were not around on week nights, lol just the weekend.. The price was great, the staff was nice. Oh yeah.. the biggest thing my car wasn't even touched!!! Lol only thing I really worried about on that weekend."

"Vicki is the Superstar front desk Concierge she will find you a room at rate affordable dont expect newly renovated rooms cost more let her work her magic. Vicki you the best Love you.The beautiful thing about this motel is the front desk they are willing to help and find the right room and rate for you offering daily and weekly. New ownership rooms are being renovated one at time. So not too kill the regular guest some have been here for over one year so it a good place location great especially for long term stay. Months it good Clean pool you can jump on I75 and be anywhere you like less expensive than the turnpike talk to the front desk a pleasure they will put you in a room you can offer and setup with your needs. Good kind people work here haven't met owner but I will update this is no upscale motel but bed are good. Internet good hopefully getting faster I think owner really wants to make this a nice place newly renovated room great more expensive this place has something for all budgets. Check it out I stop in every place on 441 for fun to see have house guest needed some room hard to find a great place with room available. This place is flexible. Come try other if you don't like I'm comfortable."
