Rolling Greens Village

"My mentally ill neighbor is hurrasing me again when I exercise my right once a month ro lay out in my yard, and if I complain to rolling greens they say I am hurrasing her by laying out and they write me up ! I have a bunch of them and they keep adding to them,threatening to evict us. 1/3/24 She's at it again ,she's blocking my sun and with the tarp so taunt the wind is blowing through the houses I was afraid the chairs would blow and hit me in the face ,so out of my safety I loosend the tarp only n ahe said she was going to get me written up again , I tried to get her to call rolling greens n she rolled her eyes . Everything is on survalence for my protection . Please help rolling greens! Ahh........ reasonable enjoyment in my yard ,FINALLY !!!!!! It took me alot of Wright- ups to get here ,due to the fact Manager Terri n I have a past before she was manager ...... could this be reprisal???? We have been being hurrased by the chestnuts and manager Terry for 18 months not to mention some of her close friends who are employees here . We have been in fear of loosing our home due to lies. We did nothing to any of them !!!!!!! We actually can't wait to get in front of a judge! We complained about our lighting outside n they came and disabled our light totally more retribution See pic"

"Golfed the course last April and it was nice. I stopped and talked to a few residents along the way and asked if they liked living here. And they all said yes that they liked the community. I am looking to move to Ocala in 4 to 5 years so i am researching 55 plus communities. I like Rolling Greens and is one of the communities at the top of my list because of the housing price range I am looking for. The only hold back would be the $750.00 to $800 lot fee but if i own my home out right I can probably budget that in if that includes property taxes, water and trash. Overall nice community, I liked it."

". Lots to do if U want. Most people here are really friendly with smiles. We love our daily golf cart rides with the furry family which loves them too. Hopefully they bring back the concerts we use to have in the park. All in all we like it here."

"My husband and I rented a furnished unit over the winter (3.5 months). It was perfect to check out the area. Very quiet and everyone was very friendly. It was also a nice setup to allow my husband to work remote. This side of town does not have all of the traffic and was very convenient to the places we needed to go. 5m down the road is the Silver Springs State Park which is a great kayaking place. The community center and pool were also nice."

"Rolling Greens Village is a wonderful place to live. The facilities are well kept. The landscaping is beautiful. The clubhouse is being updated. The Community center is very nice. The 3 pools are great. People are friendly. There are so many activities! Ocala is a very nice city. We are on the quiet side of town with less traffic."
