"Security lock on door has obviously been kicked in here in room 19. Everything grungy and scuffed. No shower head. Instructions for AC and heat scrawled on the wall in faded magic marker. I personally do not believe that the four and five star reviews are legitimate."

"Pulling into Ocala, Florida, late on a cold and rainy night, many motels were either too expensive or full up. The Holiday Motel was just what we needed--basic (no phone, no coffee but TV, microwave, and fridge); affordable ($80 including tax); clean, comfortable bed; clean bathroom, reliable wifi, and plenty of electrical outlets. We had a good night's sleep. Other reviewers have had negative comments and I cannot speak to those from months ago. But we found no bugs and the staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to inspect the room before paying and giving us a space heater and blankets."
"$HIT HOLE!!!!!! AWFUL, DIRTY, NO TOWELS. FREE WIFI IS A SCAM. BLOOD STAINED SHEETS. BRUTAL!! Rooms are small and not clean, Bugs and bad smell. My room came with 2 towels, Don't ask for clean towels, they will tell you to go away. I told them about the blood, the lady said and I quote "ahh it's just a bit of blood, that's fine" Asked for clean towels and she straight up said "NO". Save the money and the embarssment and stay in your car. I wouldn't let my dog sleep in this place. Wish I embellished this experience even a little bit, but I could go on and on, why not to stay at this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID."
