"Their site does not specify that you must be at least 21. My son needed a room close to Fedex and we chose this hotel because reviews were decent compared to others around and weekly prices were decent. Upon arrival it took the gentleman almost 10 minutes to respond to the bell, and then he was rude, like we were bothering him. I don't recommend anyone giving business to a motel that apparently doesn't want business. The empty appearance to this motel is probably because no one wants to deal with the employees lack of interest in renting out the rooms."
"Man upfront was very rude and disrespectful when I accidentally locked my key in my room, also my room smelled really bad because of the toilet in the bathroom. I got locked in my room because of a bad lock on the door so I had to call them to get me out and they tried blaming me for it."

"Very disrespectful, if you don’t want housekeeping, they won’t take no for an answer. You need you have it they need to clean the room. I clean the room I stay in I don’t just live filthy. I was sleeping and they woke me up. The most disrespectful place I’ve been on. I’m so mad. Some of the staff are very rude. What kind of place wakes you up."
"What a delightful experience it is definitely a diamond in the rough, don't be deterred by the outside appearance when we got in the room it's very well maintained and clean the hotel itself is very quiet. And the beds were very comfy. When we're in the area in the future we'll actually stay here and they have plenty of parking."
