"Tried to get my bikes hub repaired- it only had high gear. The manufacturer is obsolete now, so after they looked at it and called me back, they would replace the entire hub assembly and quoted me $700, I paid $500 for the bike so I decided not to do the repair. Went to pick it up and the bikes shifter linkage was cut off and parts from the linkage were missing. I called to ask why they cut if off, rather than removing the bolt from the linkage, and Matt- a service tech told me he had to cut the shifter linkage to remove the hub, which is simply not true. Then told me "Homie, you didn't pay anything-it was free". I was really excited about this bike shop being close by and wanted to be a returning customer, because it seemed like a good atmosphere, but this left a bitter taste."
"Just had a really great experience here. Walked in and ask the guys to help me with my bike (I know nothing about adjusting a bike). Knocked out an adjustment in no time. Super friendly. I’ll be back when I need to purchase!"
"This place is incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable staff. I came in, told them I was new to the hobby and what I wanted and they got me out of there incredibly happy and satisfied with a used bike. After about a week of shredding it I bent something on my bike and came in, the staff fixed it free of charge. Support this business. Great people, great work, great service."
"When my gears broke due to ware and tear, the staff here were very friendly. They explained the problem to me and replaced my gears in less than ten minutes and I was riding again shortly after. The price for repair wasn't half bad, and they boast a huge collection of bikes and accessories. Would definitely recommend."
