"DO NOT EVER try to fill a prescription here. They are so uneducated and the lack of training is extremely evident. It is the single worst place I have ever dealt with in regard to the pharmacy."

"So far it has not taken me less than three pharmacy trips to get any of my prescriptions filled at this location. I’m lucky if they ever have any of my prescriptions in stock… Somehow they always manage to hang up before the survey at the end of any phone call…"

"Waited 30mins in drive through pharmacy for my medication to be ready at 6:30 that wasn’t ready for the lady to give me an attitude when I asked how long and told me she’s got other people to take care of that I need to just pull around or go inside. Then I go inside to find out there’s an issue and the lady at the drive through couldn’t even take the time to let me know what was going on. More than 15mins after it’s supposed to be ready and im still waiting. Everyone else I spoke to inside the store was polite and helpful but the lady working drive through has no customer service or conflict resolution skills."

"The absolute WORST customer service ever! They don’t care if they make you wait. They don’t care if you’re inconvenienced! They will text, send emails and call numerous times to let you know your RX is ready and when you get there, they tell you they don’t have anything ready. Happens Every. Single. Time! The pharmacist called and told me he wouldn’t fill an RX that my surgeon called in before major shoulder surgery unless I brought back the RX I picked up three days prior to. They were both different strength anti inflammatories. I loved all my RX to Publix the same day. They will forward RX and have the Dr approval and RX ready within 29 minutes! NO hassles at all and the customer service is incredible every. Single. Time!"

"I never had any problems. Granted I use CVS more often, but I have shopped there a few times. No complaints here."
