"The place is great! The people and service are the best! However.... the log splitter purchased this weekend was not. It was well below par. We never thought to try it in the parking lot, but when we tried to start it at home, it was impossible. The pull-start was absolutely the hardest I have ever attempted to pull. When I encountered the compression, it did not pull at all.... I almost drug it across the yard. Also, there was no "putt-putt" attempt to fire off. Nothing. Moral of the story: Attempt to pull the engine thru before you buy it."
