"No one in line but yet they make you wait forever to take order or open the window to take your payment. And when I ask for sweet tea they apparently think you mean unsweetened. $15/hr and you can't get a small job done correctly! Ridiculous!"

"The service is so slow and bad. Several people seem to be just wandering around aimlessly. Customers backed up to order and no one at the register, The tables in dining area look as though get haven’t been wiped down in days. The Mens bathroom was a darn mess too. Don’t know what has happened to management at that restaurant? No hurry to go back there, even though we’ve always enjoyed eating breakfast there when we spend our winter vacation in Milton."

"Food was quickly served! Although I'm not a fan of these self-serve kiosks, we attempted to use it because the granddaughter had a gift card, and I was going to let her do it all by herself. Anyway, the happy meal said "out of stock". Ok?! Went to the counter, and of course, they weren't. Clerk said she'd let the manager know."

"Most time I ever spent in a drive through. For the food to be HORRIBLE and made the exact opposite of how I ordered it !!! The lady at the window was nice but also clueless to her job along with the lady taking our order at the speaker. Someone needs to learn time management and how to take an order correctly. Very very poor performance and very poor food quality. Thanks for nothing"

"We took the kids out since it was their last day of school. This is probably the absolute worst meals we have ever eaten. The buns were stale, the meat dry enough to almost be a cracker. One of my kids ordered a Big Mac with only pickles and sauce. When we sat down we realized it had cheese on it also. I took it back to the counter, waited another five minutes for a remake. When I got back to the table, cheese....again. So I go back up there and tell them again. ONLY pickles and sauce. Their third attempt did not go well either as they gave me a Big Mac with only pickles and no sauce. So back I go again. I hear a manager and another employee tell them several times only sauce and pickles. Their fourth attempt never made it to my hands as the young lady at the counter asked before she took it and it had cheese again. Their fifth attempt it was made correctly although it had very little sauce. During all this, one manager was involved and knew what was going on. At no point did he try and figure out what the disconnect is here nor try to apologize that his employees could not perform a simple task. I would not recommend this store to anyone."
