"I've never had a negative experience in Big Lots. The store is kept clean and the employees don't bother me. I think it's secretly because there are none besides the lady at the front, whom is very nice. The store just seem to stock and tidy itself. "Lunch break, short on time. Go to website to look for something important. Every time a page loads, an ad loads. Every time you click out of an ad, a page you didn't want loads. Every time you try to go back, it closes the window. Website is jumpy. Page will scroll up and down independent of user input. After 20 minutes of trying, wasting my lunch break, still have not found the product I was searching for or even loaded the page where it might be. Keeps giving me unrelated results, keeps jumping between what I want, what I might want and what coupons big lots wants to give me. I would happily pay full price, no coupons, STOP OVER-ADVERTISING, I CANNOT USE YOUR WEBSITE. Not spending my money here"
"The store it’s self and always clean and week organized. You can often find great Deals. I have it three stars because it’s really hot out and it’s just as warm in the store. Even my check out girl had a fan on to keep her self cooler. I was in the store for about 15 minutes and by the time I walked out I was covered in sweat. I like to explore and look for cool finds but decided not to since it was just to dang hot in there."
