Piggly Wiggly

"One cashier was helpful in finding an items for me in the back room that I needed for a dish I'm making tonight, however the second cashier who checked me out was rude, and snubbed me during small talk about the size of their shopping carts vs size of store.... Small talk is normal at check out. Don't be a b%€¥°. Good selection at store. Rude employees ruin the experience."

"Have a great lunch bar, but kinda steep in price. A breast, thigh, small amount of okra and small amount of mashed potatoes and gravy was almost $16. Mind you it was very good, but that's a little high. It is charged by the pound. Groceries we checked on were around the same or a tad bit higher than the Dollar General. Overall seemed to be a clean store with friendly staff."

"Will never go to this dump again, tried to give this place a chance bc I’m a local but first time, they did not even have hamburger meat, and when I asked if somebody could go in the back and check, he came back out and said no that there is no hamburger meat? What kind of place does not have any kind of hamburger meat no ground chuck no ground beef? second time they had no hamburger meat or ice this is crazy. I’ve never heard of such a thing and their prices are insane. Tried to get a box of knock off cocoa pebbles (not real brand)Cereal and it was $8.50 and then a box of knock off goldfish was almost 7 dollars for a small box. I cannot believe this I will not be going back three strikes on that one. I tried to give that a try but I’ll be going to Walmart"

"I started working there in October of 2022 before the new owners started. I was a stocker and I loved my job then once the new owners took over everything started to change and I was glad it was changing. But what I didn’t like about the change was that the new owner didn’t let me do what I was hired to do and that was just stock not run a register. The owners son was a nice guy and his dad was a bit rude. But I loved working there anyways until the new owner said that he wanted me to run a register which im not comfortable with doing. He gave me a choice either do the register or he would have to let me go. So instead of him firing me I decided to quit even when I didn’t want to. If he didn’t give me that choice I would still be working their and enjoying my time with my fellow employees who some I considered great friends. I would love to go back to work there. I didn’t just work for a paycheck I worked their because I loved this job."

"I live in Southern Florida so we don’t have Piggly Wigglys. I walked in just to see what all the store carried and I was excited to find out they served hot food. Everything that I added to my plate was delicious. The staff was so nice and answered all my questions."
