"Nice, clean rooms in a pristine area of Miramar Beach. Had a great time!!"
"First of all the security is non-existent. Didn't see a security guard at all. There are no cameras on the floor and I know that with talking to Natalie. Wednesday I had called maintenance about a toilet running. We left at 12 noon to do errands and when we came back at 5:30 our door was propped open by the security lock across the door frame. My luggage was gone through and my make up bag was dumped out. I did not leave it like that before we left. We feel this is a major breech of our security. A technician came to take an electronic report from the lock to see who opened and closed door. Manager Natalie called to say our keys were the only ones used. Technician came back to get another reading from lock. When we used our key again the entry light flashed green only, but every other time before it flashed red and green, which I thought was strange. We given a $25 gift card."
"It was an awesome experience right across from the golf course. It was pleasant relaxing. Our view of the golf course was awesome"
"My family and I booked a trip there for fall break. We unexpectedly lost a family member and the hotel was unwilling to refund or offer credit for our room that we had already paid $700. The unwillingness to accommodate and lack of compassion and understanding for our loss was the icing on the cake during a long week. Terrible customer service and I will NOT try to book there again."
"There is no housekeeping service, very disturbing that Bay Club I does not assist with the patrons in Bay Club II. There are definitely safety issues and concerns around the pool area with the several cracks in the concrete and broken drains that are exposed. The pool definitely needs several upgrades. The pool itself was great. How about trimming the trees back so we all can enjoy the view of the Bay?The small patio suck no drainage whatsoever, if it rains your standing in puddles of water on the balcony. (Poor design)"
