"Store is a total RIP off, I pay good money for my children clothes. They don’t want to pay you for what your kids clothing is actually worth. STAFF is really rude, especially the guy that currently works there. He threw my basket at me, causing all the clothes to fall oh the floor. I will be reaching out to higher up, because it’s no reason for that type of treatment. Especially, since I spend money there sometimes as well. You definitely lost a customer."

"Three years ago I loved this place, today they charge about 5 dollars a shirt, 5-8 dollars for bottoms. and 10-15 dollars an outfit. For second hand items that’s pretty pricey, when you can find brand new outfits for that price. They also double tag the items leaving them with small holes afterward, that develop into bigger ones with each wash and dry. I think they do that as they won’t take clothes back with any tiny hole, so this prevents you from being able to bring them back once your children outgrow them, even if left in exceptional condition. It’s also a hit and miss with the young ladies attitudes who work there. Giving two stars because most of the time they have been pretty sweet, and sometimes they will have decent deals going on."
