Mariner's Club Key Largo

"Our unit 324 was spacious and had a great view however being a short term rental it's showing some wear and tear and wasn't all that clean. At the time we stayed there it really needed a deep cleaning, I mentioned this to Carol at Keys Caribbean and she said they would come back and clean it again. At that point we didn't want the inconvenience of having someone there cleaning the place that should have been cleaned right the first time so we passed on the offer. I know these places get turned around quickly for the next guest but a good day spent cleaning things like slow running drains, dirty cabinet pulls, patio door tracks, under the beds, actually scrubbing the floor, and balcony would be beneficial. Mariner's Club is a great property and the amenities are fantastic but for the price we paid per night plus a cleaning fee, we'll most likely look elsewhere next time we vacation in the Keys."

"This 3rd floor unit (top floor) at Mariner’s Club had one of the best views in the place! Beautiful sunrises and ocean/pool views! The unit was nicely outfitted for nights cooking-in but very close to Publix and many dining options. This was a solid 2 bedroom unit, the “third bedroom” housing only a small loveseat/futon-type bed which wouldn’t make a comfortable option for an adult. The main refrigerator was broken, although the freezer was operational and there was a small refrigerator/freezer in the dining room for use until the replacement supposedly arrives. Full-size laundry located in a closet on the back deck was useful for our stay. There were zero “staples” in the kitchen, but all the appliances, pots, pans and utensils needed are present. Linens and beds were quite comfy, and bathrooms are very nice…2 full baths and a powder room half-bath off the dining room. Overall, we loved our stay and had a nice time relaxing at the pool, kayaking at John Hennekamp and a day trip into Islamorada to watch the sunset at Loralei’s with a casual dinner on the beach. Also recommend dinner at The Buzzard’s Roost and breakfast at Harriett’s where you can order a million different kinds of huge, moist delish muffins for take-out! Also highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery for breakfast or brunch take-out!"

"We were down here for a wedding and stayed altogether as a family, which was beautiful. Walking into the place it was stunning, and had the perfect room accommodations for all of us 10 people. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, and there were a lot of the slots to the vertical blinds missing making it very bright in the rooms, the other thing we found that there were no staple items such as sugar, more coffee, etc. We enjoyed our time in the big beautiful pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you so much. We had a great time."

"This condo is in a wonderful location. The pools are close to the condo. The rooms were wonderful. The issue that we had was with stove. The numbers have all worn off and it was difficult to use. One room had a TV remote that was out of batteries and the garbage disposal did not work. The showers in two of the rooms were slow to drain. We emailed and most things were fixed. It was a wonderful trip!"
