Situated on Florida Bay, our resort consists of 6 spacious and private houses near a dolphin rescue and training facility. Guests have the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in Key Largo's natural environment and enjoy encounters with our marine mammal family just steps from the beach.

Our privately owned, gated compound offers exclusive accommodations for up to 48 guests only. Each villa is equipped with modern technology, natural light, and all the conveniences of home. Guests can enjoy a private pool and beach just steps away, as well as thrilling activities out on the water.

"Dolphin Point Villas and their staff was amazing! We decided to do a destination wedding in the Keys and booked this venue without ever having set foot there because every time we spoke to someone they were so responsive and helpful. Everything they said they would do they did and once we finally got to see the venue in person it was better than we could have imagined. Everything from the moment we first checked in until we left went really well. They were very accommodating with everything we needed and asked for and it made our whole weekend so special. On top of using the resort as a venue, almost all of our guests stayed at the resort too and they all had a great time. The pools were great, the beach was beautiful, and the rooms were outstanding. It was a top notch resort and all of our guests agreed. If you are considering a venue in Key Largo for your wedding, we would highly recommend Dolphin Point Villas!"
"This is such a beautiful and different typa resort that also lends itself well to weddings and events. Many of the guests I've interacted with here at multiple events that I had the pleasure of being DJ and Master of Ceremonies for experienced great hospitality, loved the accommodations, and scenic vistas for weddings. It's such a pleasure to help create fun, memorable events here. The dolphins are an added treat! Always great vibes! Highly recommend!!"
"The villa at Dolphin Point Villas is truly a stunning accommodation. The Bahama/Bungalow style villas offer spacious, clean, and modern rooms with a large wrap-around lanai. The abundance of windows and floor-to-ceiling glass doors adds to the overall appeal. This A-rated establishment lived up to its reputation, providing a beautiful place to stay. However, our Monday night arrival brought an unexpected disruption. The loud leaf blower machine disturbed the peaceful and magical atmosphere of our stay. Consequently, I deducted one star from the service rating. I believe a more considerate timing for grounds maintenance, perhaps starting at 11 am, would have preserved the tranquility of this otherwise exceptional place."
"My husband and I were recently able to rent out the property for our wedding. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. All of our wedding party was able to stay on the property with us and celebrate all weekend. Staff was very helpful. Clean rooms and amenities. Would recommend any bride to book the property for your wedding weekend!"
