Love's Travel Stop

"I’ve stopped here a few times. Nice location but…… The problem I have is if the “system” is down for your rewards for this location and have showers available doesn’t make sense. I have free showers on my card. I’ve been to your locations all across the country if they have an issue on their end they just give the shower up. Why should it be my fault your system is down. Guess I’ll go else where."

"Great location, easy access from I-10, large parking with plenty of room to maneuver. There showers were clean and large. Very nice to visit locations that are well managed and staffed with caring personnel."

"Used to and always satisfied with “Love’s” throughout the country, I stopped at this one when entering Florida. I made my purchases then went to my vehicle for a few minutes. There, probably an employee (she had the Love's costume) stopped right at my vehicle while I had the door open, without paying attention. I was tired, it was hot, I left it open, without any intention of bothering anyone. As my door was open, she honked at me several times to take the spot next to it. His car is the red car in the photos. Honestly, this person was quite aggressive. The parking lot was empty. But you had to stand next to me. I don't understand. Is it the Florida air that hurts him? Or working on Sunday afternoon? I can't even imagine the way she receives her customers. Honestly, she scared me. I mean no harm to this person, but there's no point in being aggressive with others, that's all. I wouldn't want to be his manager. The anxiety… Sorry for this score, but a manager must also know how to choose his employees."

"This particular Love's travel stop was exceptional. It was easy to get to and then back on the Interstate. The restrooms are clean. And the staff was friendly. And as always, the prices are reasonable."

"I own my Trucking Company. I came in today March 20, 2022 Sunday to get a Shower and to active my new Loves Express Account. I met with Felicia Lee the Manager. I'm a Military Man USMC and I'm very impress with how professional Felicia and her staff are here at this location. I paid for my shower $15 and after notifying Felicia that my Loves Express Account comes with free showers she refunded my $15 without hesitation. I definitely understand why she is the Manager here at this location. The lot is clean, store is well organized very clean, after being treated with top notch service I'm glad I left Pilot and Flying J Fleet acct. Felicia went above and beyond to contact customer service to make sure my Loves Express acct and Reward Card was updated to reflect the correct information. Felicia Lee is the best!
