"Although service was great and I was able to find shoes and pants I wanted. I needed to return the pants because I found a pair I liked more somewhere else. The tags were still on the pants and I didn't even take it out of the bag. They only do returns in the form of store credit or exchanges. Not happy about that because the clothes are expensive."

"It would not let me put a 0… the precious woman that helped pick out my son’s clothes, I thank you!!! I had to get them for a very sad occasion and when I went to return the clothes that were never used, I was told he would give me a gift card… I did not have the receipt for the clothes which was 602.00.. I asked if I could go bring it back and I was told I would still get a gift card… I have never seen it where you could not return something with a receipt within in the time allowed. I know you will respond but I begged you as the grandmother of his children for the money. I did not know I would not need all the clothes and I tearfully explained to you I needed the money. I see on your reviews you gave someone a full refund.. not a gift card.. "Evan, Miss Carolyn, and I did not get the wonderful woman who checked us out name, but our experience was absolutely amazing shopping for a suit for my fiancé and our wedding. We found the perfect suit! Everyone was absolutely amazing and we had such an POSITIVE experience. It’s been extremely difficult to find a suit for my fiancé who is 6’4” over 280 pounds - he has an athletic build, but is very broad in the shoulders. "Lil John's an awesome haberdashery! I came in last week and John was absolutely perfect in his knowledge of men's clothing and extremely personalable. High quality clothes for big and tall men. And it's the little things that count that you can't get online. The one-on-one customer service here is uncomprisable. There are belts to try on, colognes to smell, and a tailor shop in the back. I bought some really high quality shirts with dynamics and features that I would have never known about unless I had came here and found out about them. He explained the difference between 2X and XXL. Yes, there is a difference! Lil John's sells his own brand of shirts that feature dress shirts that are wash and wear, no dry cleaning free and no ironing needed!! Wash, dry, hang! And of course, for crispness, you can iron it but it's a long lasting, durable, shirt made of high quality fabrics. Highly recommended!"
