"Prices are ridiculously high. Doesn’t help anyone to gauge customers when items are donated free. I no longer shop here. Stop donating items to this greedy corporation, give to & Patronize a church thrift store instead. There is one in Eustis."

"I’m so disappointed that I chose to donate a huge bin full of stuff to this location. First of all, their prices are ridiculous for second hand items that they received for FREE! Pretty much every pair of jeans is at least $15. Other items were just way more expensive than they should be. You could find most things online or at Ross for less. And the biggest issue is their lack of dressing rooms. Which wouldn’t even be AS big of a deal except apparently they don’t have a return policy but rather an exchange policy. So not only are you forced to take a chance on clothes that may not fit, but then you can’t even get your money back but instead exchange it for something else that may not fit. Absolutely ridiculous. And when the girl who worked there told me, she did it with the attitude of “well if you don’t like it that’s tough” and wasn’t even understanding about why that would be a reason for concern. My suggestion is to skip this location completely."

"I used to love goodwill. As someone who is short and plus sized, removing the dressing rooms has completely removed my ability to shop here. Clothing is overpriced, I can’t try it on, and I can return it if it doesn’t fit. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I'm not sure what has happened to this store. It used to be reasonably priced, but things are now absurdly expensive. This is my place to go when I need to relax and just browse. Used to be able to find some t-shirts and household items for a few dollars. I was in last Sunday and saw some broken speakers for over $100, the cones were ripped out of the speakers so completely unusable. Disgusting furniture for $90, a whole pile of plastic broom handles priced at $4 each. They wouldn't even cost that new, with a broom on them! I don't know if they have some new manager who doesn't know what things are worth. But im about done even trying to enjoy it. I haven't bought anything but books the last few times because I can't justify spending $8 on a shirt that is stained and ripped. It really just makes me mad that a place that gets free stuff is going to try to rip us all off. Oh. And they got rid of the dressing rooms. So I don't even LOOK at anything besides t-shirts for my husband. I hope someone who can fix this will read the recent reviews. Because no one is happy with how this store has changed."

"This goodwill is trying to charge $179 for a backpack they got for free. I understand it is a Disney bag but this is just insane and greedy. They are not an antique store, they are a second hand thrift store that gets most of its goods through donation."
