"This is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First they blatantly ignore HIPAA by loudly yelling private details of your diagnosis back and forth between clerk and pharmacist. Then they made me explain my diagnosis before they would honor my prescription REFILL (not the first time pickup). BTW they couldn't fill that, because they were too arrogant to approve it, so I had to go to apopka. Then the icing on the cake was when they also accidentally ordered a drug from a doctor I haven't seen in 2 years. They are violating HIPAA, unprofessional, and frankly incompetent. Crazy how much someone could screw up a single order and experience."

"Ordered (2) 16x20 canvas for my wedding pictures for same day pick up. I received a notification via text that my pictures were ready for pickup. I arrived at the photo location & saw that the actual pictures were only printed out & NOT placed on the canvas board. This was a very disappointing as I had received a text stating my pictures were ready for pickup. I wasted gas on a lie!!! I was then told by the female employee that she did not know how to put the actual picture on the canvas board as she was a new employee. Alex, who seemed to know what he was doing tried to complete the job. He stated that the way the picture prints, it would not look right due to where the photo had to be cut on the canvas, it wouldn't look right. Alex was the only employee that even knew how to somewhat do the canvas pictures, which is sad. Walgreens needs to properly train their employees and make sure they have the correct tools to complete the job. I was under the impression that this would occur at any other Walgreens too as they all use the same materials. If you need a 16x20 canvas from Walgreens, consider Amazon or another place."

"Goodness, the pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist must be overworked, sleep deprived, having the worst day of their lives… or something… Trying to give the benefit of the doubt and loads - heaping loads - of grace. If you have to work with this pharmacy and don’t have any alternative - call them daily to get status of your prescription and ensure progress is happening. Seriously, do not trust that a refill will be processed in any kind of timely manner - or at all. When you call, you’ll get a lot of impatience (I’m using a kind word there) from techs and the pharmacists alike in response to reasonable questions. You’ll get as many different answers as people you speak with. Be persistent nonetheless, and eventually, your script will get filled. It’s a lot of work and a lot to endure. It’s abusive really."

"EVERY prescription placed at this store gets shipped off to Orlando for processing, which means a one day delivery - even if you need your medicines today The only good thing about Walgreens was immediacy, but now that’s gone. I’ll be having prescriptions sent to CVS (or mail order if I can take a 1 day delay)"
