"The store is fine but the fitting rooms, aside from two temporary ones at the store front, were all closed the last couple times I went. Unfortunately that is enough reason to go somewhere else for me."

"I came to shop in early December. Coming from out of town. I was exiting the store. The alarm went off when I was leaving. The employee checked my bag. He left a tag on an item. Which set the alarm off. When he put my items back in the bag. He forgot some items. I called the manager and explained my situation. I þold her I would come back soon. Well I just went back to the store. Yes it's January now. I was informed my items were put back in stocks and sold. I did not have a receipt. But I offered my license and credit card. She had no right to sell something I paid for. I will be reporting this to corporate. A.S.A.P"

"Great prices! But the store is not very organized and there is not a lot of people to help you when you try to get someone to help you there isn't anybody and the last three times I've been there there's only been one register open"

"This Ross has issues, when there is damage goods and the customer ask for 10% off. You don’t have to give attitude, these days people hire whoever. The manager there had such nasty attitude cause I asked for 10% off on a scratch & dented suitcase. Stating she did not see it, like I was lying. Like, the 10% off was doing damage to her paycheck smh."

"The Ross at Mount Dora it's a really nice and clean store is not trashed out like the ones in Kissimmee and Orlando are it has really nice and customer service employees everyone is wearing a mask great prices right now the store looks a little bit lonely and empty merchandise wise but they will bring some more items in if you guys want to support the store in Mount Dora come and check them out they have great deals better than then TJ Maxx and Marshalls pretty much the same items better prices"
