They sent me a thank-you note right after I completed my purchase for supporting their small business, and they shipped out very quickly. It was even packaged nicely! So few places take the time for these little touches, and while I ultimately care MOST about the quality of a store’s products, if a store delivers something great AND goes the extra mile, it really makes them stand out.
