"Literal trash. The customer service area had a line that was at least 8 people deep and the manager just kept walking by multiple times texting on her phone. Completely ignoring the line. When we asked an associate walking by if they could get a manager to help considering we had now been waiting for 25 minutes her response was “I don’t know this isn’t my department”. Okay so go find someone who can help instead of ignoring all of the customers??? Pretty embarrassing for you Walmart. Extremely disappointed consistently here."
"Walmart, You need to provide some police presence. You guys are getting ripped of left and right. In a 6 month period I've been people walk out without ever checking out their items. It so obvious considering what they have in the cart isn't even bagged. They take advantage when no one is at the exit point and when you're associates are distracted by helping someone else out at the self check out."
"The store was relatively dirty compared to other Walmarts. I was looking for rechargeable batteries, but nobody seems to have any idea on which shelves were. So I ended up buying regular batteries. The fresh food section was really dirty,boxes everywhere and some water on the floor."
