"Store was well stocked. However, Manager ran up to us in parking lot to ask why I took photos of store. Said I do it for Google Maps. (Not that it's really any of her business; being in the public.) She said, "It's just that most people ask to photograph." I think I will just stay away from this store permanently if they don't appreciate free, positive publicity. She almost got hit by the car running up on us in the parking lot. That's a safety concern."

"This is one of the best thrift shops that we have within the area of Lake County they have great prices they treat you like a person they respect you and it has a purpose and it's not over price so I will suggest that anyone who's Tristan come and check them out there is a story behind this tree store in it's a very heartwarming one come and check them out they need everybody's support they moved from a smaller building to a bigger building so they can help the community even better"

"After shopping on FD.com I located an item that was available in-store only and the website stated to check the store for availability. I called the store and spoke to the manager (Hope). I asked if she could check a sku to see if it was available at this store and she hung up on me. I called back 5 more times and Hope answered all 5 times. I reasked my question for SKU availability 5 more times and Hope deliberately hung up on me all 5 times. I then drove to the store and called the store from inside the store and Hope physically answered again. I then reasked my question about sku availability and physically saw the manager (Hope) deliberately hang up on me for no reason. I patiently waited in line and when I got to the register I politely asked for any corporate contact info. Hope said that she does not have to provide that info. I asked why not and Hope ignored me and hid in the managers office. Hope came out a minute later and asked me to leave the store or she will call the police. Shoppers beware the manager Hope does not know how to manage and will call the police on you if she cannot handle your situation."

"I'm a regular. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect place to go if you need a few items like milk, ice cream, bread and household products. Wish they had a refrigerated section for meats and produce.Then all of my grocery shopping would be done. Still love it, though."

"Came in asked for the bathroom and the lady working was extremely rude asked” what is it with today and everyone needing my bathroom” i apologized and explained I had just driven 2.5 hours and just needed to use the restroom I was waiting on my buddy. She rudely told me to leave the bathroom the way I find it and when I agreed to not destroying her bathroom she looked at me with a nasty look and said mhm. I think this place should find people with better customer service skills because this woman clearly does not have people skills."
