"sweet girl working there but so disappointed. I washed 3 shirts ($70) that I just got, and they shrunk so small that I couldn't wear them after 1 wash. this use to be my favorite store, but prices have raised for quality that is so poor now. the tag said nothing about special care. wash warm or cold, medium-high heat to dry. I wish I kept the tags and receipt so I could get my money back. I don't buy much for myself and was so excited. I got to wear my new shirts once!!! : ("

"Professionals .. Yesterday I went and took a shirt back that had a snare on it .. When I walked up and told the ladies I had a return and why , they both made it seem impossible to purchase a shirt with a flaw from there store .. I was asked very rudely ,, Did you purchase it from here .. Standing there with the receipt in hand .. No I said .. Massachusetts , why ask a stupid question when your standing there with the receipt . Then the lady who I have no ideal what her name was .. Said , well we normally do not take items back after they have been worn , I said to her .. I put the shirt on shortly after I seen the snare and took it back off , why do you think it worn , it look just like it did the day I bought it . well it has a stain on it .. Then when she brushed the shirt she realized it was not a stain , Just something on the bag .. Do you think the rudeness stopped there. NO IT DID NOT ..She put the shirt / blouse back on hanger and continued to imply that some fortunate customer was going to repurchase this item at a ridiculously low price .. I bit my tongue, then as I proceed to leave , they both and I do mean Both of them .. Very Loud , Very Rude with , you have a good day .. you have a good weekend .. good holiday etc , then we have a new shipment coming in , I said Back as I was walking out .. I will never spend another dime in this store .. had another customer been standing there and these women trying their best to intimidate me the way they did . I would have lost my mind on both of them .. I am a District retired manager .. of 27 years ..I have had hundred of employees and customers . Not one time have I ever made either feel like a damn fool or tried to embarrass them .. In the past 3 weeks .. I have had a death in the family , and 5000.00 worth of damage to my home , Was not in the Mood for mouthy employees .. These Items regardless of worn or not still come with a 30 day satisfaction policy, and when the customer returns that Item with a receipt within that time frame , you either return there money or offer a new item.. end of story , you do not stand there and accuse them of stealing , and make remarks that we do not sell items that have been damaged .. it happens .. 90% of my wardrobe comes from Catos .. about a good 2000.00 a Year I spend in that Store .. Guess what .. There is other clothing stores and better employees .. Not one more dime will I spend In a store that is run by Idiots .. I wish I knew there names .. as I walked out I threw my receipt up in the Air , The Black lady must have followed me out the door .. she walked right out .. Picked the paper up and was shaking her head like a rabid dog .. Be glad that it is against the law to throw it in your face , when that store closes and you are job hunting again , remember this .. Us customers Pay your check !"
