There was a shirt that the site said was in stock so I ordered, order got cancelled tried again a few weeks later site states it’s in stock order cancelled again! Tried one more time site states it’s in stock order cancelled at no point was I ever notified of the cancellation neither time! Terrible won’t get my business again promise you that."
"It's my first time in the store the staff was excellent found out the manager had my same marital name was kind of cool. However with that being said your prices are are high for this economy. I did not purchase anything because a big argument ensued that was very uncomfortable never seen an employee treated so badly or spoken to so rudely as I saw yesterday I found out later that it was the district manager I refuse to spend my money in a store that allows this kind of treatment of their employees"

"I was very nervous shopping today (I'm an introvert), but the ladies at Torrid made me feel amazing!!! An employee in particular named Twyla (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING!! She was so kind and so supportive!! I have never been treated so well and so personably by an employee before. She knew exactly what I needed and I walked out with bras and clothes that fit my body type perfectly !! I am wearing clothes I haven't been able to wear in YEARS!!! I will definitely be coming back. The ladies here have made my day!! Thank you all so much!!!"
"I found a 2 piece swimsuit that fits my body shape/size better than other places. Tops & bottoms were sold separately. Employees were very helpful. There was even a fan in the dressing room! I didn't look at other clothing. A little pricey but worth it."
