"I’m really unhappy with the service at this place. When I was at their returns department, I ran into a super unprofessional, rude, and pushy female staff member. Her language was totally inappropriate, and her attitude was beyond unfriendly. She even had the audacity to openly gossip about me with other coworkers right in front of me. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that he or she had already left during the shift. When management doesn’t step in, it’s no surprise the local store has such lousy employee. This store’s management is a complete mess, and the staff’s attitude is just plain awful. There were hardly any customers on weekends, and I can totally see why. Clearly, this chaotic management and the unprofessional, unfriendly staff are a recipe for this place’s downfall. I strongly advise against giving this place your business."
