"I had one issue with this doctor, she refused to let me go to a specialist for a second opinion for my diabetic issues. Then went I got sick and found out that I needed surgery after I told her that I was still having diarrhea she said, you just had surgery last year and you are okay. I ended up back in surgery for the same issues. I think that you might be just overwhelmed at times or really thinks something is nothing. However, I come from a very bad Gen pool and I don’t think that part she had realized. She is a kind hearted person and works hard to find meaningful was to help individuals. I would go back to her. I don’t want to be closed in by not thinking outside the box and I end up worst."

"I feel very blessed to be a patient of Dr. T. Hernandez. She is so knowledgeable to have diagnosed problems I was having quickly and to set my mind at ease and explain so I could understand. When I needed Nursing & Physical therapy after a serious hospitalization she stepped in and set that up. Because of her I am finally much improved! I have been a patient since her practice first opened an there's no one who could ever replace her. Much gratitude."

"I gave Dr. Tatiana a rating of 3 stars bc she’s very thorough ! However her office staff takes their job for granted & could care less about communicating your messages to the doctor . I waited 3 weeks for a callback. I was never contacted! When contacting the office during business hours I was either transferred to their vm & or I no one would answer . Finally I drove to her office and spoke with a young lady at the front desk . I shared my concerns regarding not receiving a callback and at that moment I requested to withdraw myself from seeing this doctor . The young lady could care less and quickly withdrew me . This is Very Unprofessional Dr. Tatiana’s practice."

We never feel rushed, she takes the time to listen to our concerns, she is very thorough and kind. I have extreme anxiety with doctors and both the nurse and Dr Hernandez are very kind and help ease the anxiety. That she spends so much time with each patient shows how much she cares.
