Although, she was super nice I felt kinda like she was there to do the procedure and I felt maybe she was short staffed so not too much on other recommendations or services. I have been in sales 15+ years and learned early on to treat everyone the same and with actual "You are Important to me as my customer and take ownership of your customer" .
