Drove all the way from Kendall to find the facility close they never canceled the appointment. This is very unprofessional and extremely disappointed. After: A few days later they called and apologized. Offered a facial. Which I accepted and was really good. Front office was súper friendly and the spa was very nice. Will consider going again! "Erika and Karen worked really hard to please us and help with our Vitamin IVs they’re extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and courageous and allowed me, my mom and stepdad to spend a couple hours together and enjoy her short visit relaxed in their lounge. "Very Clean facility. Very punctual. Very attentive. I found there prices to be excellent for the services rendered. Natasha was the lady who helped me. Although, she was super nice I felt kinda like she was there to do the procedure and I felt maybe she was short staffed so not too much on other recommendations or services. I suppose what I am saying I just felt like another number instead of a valued new customer. I have been in sales 15+ years and learned early on to treat everyone the same and with actual "You are Important to me as my customer and take ownership of your customer" . Great services that are offered. I trust them completely. Had IV done and Botox very reasonable prices ."
