"Very disappointed in there new referrals system. I’ve be a patient for over 16 years with my PCP. Now that Conviva has taken over and centralized the referral system. It’s taken to long to receive a stat referral! No more personalized services and your just another number until they get to you! I’m very sure they have already submitted to my insurance company for payment for my doctor visit .. but, they cannot help with a stat referral! I’m filing a grievance with my insurance company. This is unacceptable for. Stat SCAN!!"

"This was my first medical doctor visit in over 20 years. I am a happy camper. Please note, the patient entrance is actually on the back side of the building. Parking was no problem. I took the appointment to establish a baseline as I finally decided to switch to Medicare. Everyone there was good natured and helpful. They are also considerate of my feelings about not wanting to be on meds if possible and being the one to make potential treatment plans, if needed. It is also very convenient that they have an x-ray facility as well as the ability to draw blood for lab work on the premises. As I had not eaten or drank anything that day, I was able to get those tests taken care of before I left that day. It is comforting to know that they will be there for me if I need them."

"My 85 yr old father and I recently moved to PBG. We were so fortunate to find Dr. Sherry and the entire team. From the moment we called for an appointment, the front desk team members, Allison and Carrie were so kind and professional. We had to do a Teladoc call as my dad was not well enough to go into the office. Brooke, the medical assistant, took her time with us to review all of his meds and past history. He is on 19 medications and she patiently recorded all of the info. Not an easy feat! Paula, the office administrator also helped us with the insurance company. She was amazing. Dr. Sherry was awesome. She is so caring, smart, knowledgeable and patient. When we went to the office for the first time, we brought them all donuts and it felt like family. Kudos to everyone and we are so happy and blessed to have found you all!"

"Even though there are other Conviva locations nearer to me, I ONLY want to visit this one. The staff are the finest group of doctors, nurses, technicians and receptionists that I have ever had the good fortune to encounter. To mention some, and not all, by name at this location would be a disservice to those I leave out. However, Alison, Debbie, Kathy, Alex, Jackie, Carrie, and Miriam are the ones I have known the longest, and I must give them extra commendations. I have been a patient for over 25 years with this group and I hope I’ll make it another 25! Don’t change a thing."

"I have been using MCCI?Conviva as my primary care center since I retired here in 2003. Paula, the Administrator is the glue that holds the service together. Front office people are well trained, friendly, courteous, helpful and know how to handle requests by phone and in person. I have never had an unsolvable referral problem. And other specialist offices I need to use have all spontaneously told me how efficiently referrals, authorizations, and reports have been submitted. Back office staff have been outstanding in the referral process- post hospital and for rehab. My current primary care physician is thorough, detailed and leaves little to chance, as she diligently listens to me. 5 stars are not high enough to give these providers a realistic review."
