"Our cat had a lesion on bottom of his paw, easy enough to make an appointment ,when we got there we were informed that the office visit would cost $70.. when the Veterinarian saw him, she asked me to remove the bandage, she looked at the lesion and said she would need a biopsy to go any further. She provided medicine, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, at a price of $321. Wanted to charge me $45. to put bandage back on. Gave me a estimate for $901. For biopsy just to see if our cat needs further attention. I feel like I was being robbed. By the way they charge us $6.49 to throw away the bandage Needless to see say, I will never go back."

"Called to get a dental quote and inquire about their wellness plan. I informed that I may use them as my new vet. I was told my dog needed to be seen for a dental quote. I scheduled the appointment. Waste of time and money. I paid $69.00 for my dog to be weighed and have the vet and tech look at her for a 5 minutes. They told me what I basically already knew. She needed a cleaning and probably some extractions. The the vet tech was patient and informative about dental care. Remember I came for the required dental exam and q. told they woemathe quote. I waited 3 days. No email. I called confirmed my email and was told they would send it. No email. It has been weeks. No dental quote. I don’t mind paying for a service but give me the complete service I paid for. You’re the one who told me I would get the quote after her initial appointment. Where is my $69.00 dental quote I paid for?! Do NOT waste your time or money with this vet. It will probably be a waste of your time and money. Disappointed! Waste of my time and money. They replied check my email. Please note the appointment was 10/07/2023. My first review was on 10/17/2023 about not receiving the quote. I checked the email prior to sending the review. My apologies for not checking before my second review. The quote was sent to me on 10/18/2023 NOT awhile ago. Thank you for providing it. I apologize for the second review posted."

"We recently were gifted with an adorable male Dorkie pup, named Oscar. He was 9 weeks at the time and due for some shots. Dr. Ayo Akande & his staff weighed, examined and gave our new family member, Oscar his shots. The vet confirmed he had a hernia and provided excellent options on how to treat and correct this birth defect. The Dr. even offered referrals to other area vet experts. Every staff member was polite, kind, helpful and made our visit ‘great’. They also saw our older female Dachshund, Coco. We had been using a large vet clinic in Jax, but are now making a change to Bartram Park Animal Hospital for Oscar and Coco. If you are looking for a new vet or considering a change, try this team of animal professionals. Their prices are reasonable, but not outrageous."
