"Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy staff do the bare minimum and are rude. They’re frequently out of medications. They aren’t truthful about whether they’ve received prescriptions from doctors. They don’t always answer the phone during business hours. I could keep going but I’ve wasted enough time with CVS as it is."
"I ordered photos online which were taken by professional. Six 2*2 and I asks if they be nice enough to cut it but the manager just denied definitely because I guess they knew what they did so there was no way to cut them evenly! Seriously?! They messed up the measurements so badly was quite obvious that they zoomed it and shoulders were not even from corners."
"The latest problem is we requested a medication refill for my daughter. Went to pick it up and they said they didn't have the medication. They said it would be in "tomorrow". The next day we went to pick it up and they said the medication refill was never requested. I asked is the medication there? The girl said yes. There is a mix up almost every time. The prompts on the voice message say they have noone with my bday. I have gotten a lot of meds from them. Their phone system is ridiculous. We keep giving them another chance. We are finished giving them our business."
