"HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PEOPLE YESTERDAY MY HUSBAND WENT TO BUY TWO PERFUMES AND ONE OF THEM APPARENTLY WAS BROKEN BECAUSE THE BOTTLE WAS HALF FULL, HE WENT TO TAKE BACK TODAY WITH TICKET IN HAND AND THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS NOT FROM THAT STORE AND BASICALY TREATED HIM HAS A THIEF, BELIEVE ME I WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO ESCALATE THIS WITH MY LAWYERS AND CORPORATE, HIM HAVING THE BOX THE PERFUME AND THE TICKET AND THEY STILL TREATED HIM HAS A THIEF, THEY JUST NEEDED TO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS AND THAT WOULD HAD BEEN ENOUGH PROOF HE EWAS THERE YESTERDAY. THIS CAUSED HIM EMOTIONAL STRESS AND ALTER HIS EMOTIONAL STATE TO A PERSON THAT ALREADY HAS MEDICAL LCONDITIONS. HOPEFULLY THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS ISSUE TODAY WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSABILITY OF THE SITUATION THEY HAVE CREATED AND HOPEFULLY COPRORATE DOES THE RIGHT THING."
"The fact that your employee Carlos basically wouldn’t accommodate. I had 2 coupons on my account and he refused to help when they didn’t show up. He decided to say the guest was wrong and then make himself look like an idiot and loose 2 sales. I will be going to a different Walgreens next time."
"The service was amazing. We had driven to about 3 different places before getting to this location to deposit cash. This was the only location that had a working system. Not only did this store have a working system but the cashier was more than willing to assist in such a late hour. He couldn’t believe what we had to go through to get to just one location that worked. Very appreciative of his kindness and service I wish I remembered his name for the review. But if you see this review thank you so much for all your help we were able to get the resort room. Yay!"
"This is pretty much the only Walgreens in Orlando Kissimmee area that actually has items that have been marked on clearance still on the shelves. It is my belief that a lot of other Walgreens Managers allow their employees first dibs leaving no items for customers. The reason I gave it four stars is because the parking lot is always messy and the employees are not particularly friendly. Probably because they're mad they never get to buy the clearance stuff."
