"I took my cat to this place a month ago when we suspected him suffering from ear mites due to a lot of scratching on his ears and shaking his head. I googled for a veterinarian and only found this place has an appointment available as early as the next day. I read a very bad review about this veterinarian describing her dog suffering badly after being treated at this place. I was not concerned much since my cat probably suffering from ear mites, which was a common illness. The place was inside the Petco Store. After checking my cat, the doctor told us our cat only had an ear infection, no ear mites. We were given oral medication and medication to flush the ears. When we asked the doctor about the way to do the flushing, she simply told us that it was easier than we thought. About a week later, we only found our cat scratching his ears less some days, while other days got worse again. 3 weeks later, we found our cat scratching his ears and shaking his head more and more. Yesterday, we decided to take him to another veterinarian to check. This veterinarian told us that our cat suffering from bad ear mites. The doctor cleaned and gave medication to his ears. We were demonstrated how to clean our cat's ears with the medication provided to us. It was a different experience compared with this place. My cat has always been in the house and with no contact with any animal. How could a common ear mite disease not be detected by this veterinarian!? Furthermore, this place charges the same, if not more than the good veterinarian. A total waste of money, time, and unnecessary suffering for my cat. No wonder only this office had the earliest appointment available. One star is overly rated but practically unavoidable!"

"First time visit for my female Frenchie. Very caring and warm and knowledgeable. Explained a solid treatment plan to get my baby feeling better!! Maria was very sweet . You can tell she loves what she does. Dr Cruz was open to listen to my concerns and answered my questions without hesitation . I’ll definitely be back w Celine and my other 2 Frenchies!!! Also , love the sweet young lady who greeted us and made us feel welcomed!"

"I am very disappointed with this visit...my dog ​​had a hematoma in her ear and they drained it but when they returned her to me after the procedure she had a bandage around her neck and was making a sound with her throat and her eyes were bulging and red, then She started to vomit, also urinated and seemed to be panicking. We realized that she was suffocating and once we removed the bandage that was around her head in 5 minutes she was feeling better. Fortunately my dog is okay now but she almost suffocated to death if it was not for me intervening.Again very disappointed with the visit.
