"Actually, it was one of the calmest locations I have been in. That’s not a complaint. I did notice that the power plugs under the tables in the middle of the dining area or not working because customers were going around trying to find outlets that were working. It was nice to not be overcrowded for once at a Starbucks."
"Why do you prioritize in store orders over previously placed mobile orders? I can place a mobile order at 11:00 with a pickup time of 11:16 and sit in the store from 11:16 until 11:30 while customers repeatedly walk up to the counter and place orders and receive them while I’m still waiting for a mobile order I placed 20 minutes before them."
