"The pharmacy staff is incompetent. I called and asked if I could come pick up my inhaler, they said yes your prescription is ready. Excellent, I hop in the car excited to breathe again, get there 30 minutes later only to find out they were looking at someone else’s prescription and they had put mine back because the insurance didn’t cover it. No worries can you send it over to cvs? Oh of course, we will send it over there right now. Drive an additional 20 minutes to cvs and when I asked if they had sent anything over they looked at me like I rode the short bus in. They never sent it over. Imagine that. Don’t go to this pharmacy."

"Ebony is the only helpful person and the only one that seems to care at this Walgreens. The Pharmacy is complete garbage. The Pharmacy employees are rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them when you’re at the drive through or counter. They’re always out of the medication we need so we end up transferring it to another location. The other Walgreens our medication is transferred to seem to care a lot more and don’t act like they hate the world."
