"They got me in right away. The manager Jay was professional and even pointed out a nearby restaurant where I ate while getting my tire changed. It didn’t take long and their prices were right on. Not expensive and they even put the spare tire back in its place in the trunk. Jay was an outstanding person to work with."

"Left my car here today to change a tire while I was at work, when I came to pick up the car I noticed the hit the front splitter of my car and tried cover it up with a Sharpie! Lets see how they handle this matter. Last picture was of 3 days ago and you can see the HIT was not there! EDIT: a month has passed and NOBODY HAS CALLED ME, not even corporate regarding this matter as they told me they would reach out, if you care abour your property DO NOT come here as they will not respond for their mistakes, Worst business i have ever dealt with, Proof is in the pictures"

"Worst tire place in ALL of Lithia. If I could give this place a ZERO STAR, I would. I had a slow leak in my rear tire and counted on this shop to fix it. I made an appointment the day prior, expecting quick and friendly service. What I got was the complete opposite. When I arrived, the front desk KID tells us “the jeep in front of yours is almost done, it should be about 30 minutes before we start your vehicle.” Okay, no problem. I go to get a quick bite to eat, and after the thirty minutes pass, I return to the shop seeing EIGHT people working and THREE BAYS OPEN (my vehicle right in front of those bays) only to be told that they HAVEN’T started on my vehicle, and better yet, HAVEN’T EVEN LOOKED AT IT, but hey, “we’ll give you a call when we start on it.” I kindly ask why they haven’t started on my vehicle with the three bays open, and the front desk KID tells me “we only have one guy CERTIFIED in tire changes,” (WHAT???) and that “he can’t ‘speak for’ when he’ll be able to start on my vehicle.” Okay, two strikes. Then after TWO MORE HOURS, YES, TWO HOURS, and mind you, I have an appointment, I have other things to do, I get no call, no nothing, it’s almost like they FORGOT about me! I finally ask for my keys back, and express my frustration with this KID. How can you be a tire change place with only ONE GUY certified in tire changes? Really?! The kid at your front desk is rude is unprofessional, lying to customers about how long they’ll take, only trying to make a quick buck out of people. If you’re going to be a tire place, HIRE PEOPLE who actually know what they’re doing, hire people who change and work on tires for a living! Terrible shop, DO NOT recommend! And what’s even better, I went to another shop later that day, and got the problem fixed in TEN MINUTES."

We came in for a tire issue and Fabian was so kind and courteous in helping us with figure out what services needed to be done. Anthony was the tech and was quick and efficient and catered to all our requests. Really made us feel at home with their excellent service!"
