"If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER. And I repeat NEVER use Schiros Feed At Fishhawk or the one on 672. I purchased a 1000lb alfalfa block earlier this week. I come home yesterday to hay string sticking out of the block. Fine. Mistakes happen I get that. But it needs to be replaced as these are NOT cheap. I called to express my concerns and see what can be done about it. The owner Bob Schiro told me he will not do anything about it and technically I shouldn’t feed alfalfa blocks to horses anyway. He said “technically they are called dairy blocks and are meant for cattle”. So if that’s the case why are you selling it advertised as an ALFALFA BLOCK for horses? I’m DISGUSTED with the treatment from Schiro’s and to top it off Bob ended the conversation by HANGING UP on me when he knew he was wrong. NEVER I repeat NEVER use Schiros feed."
